A private 1:1 experience for coaches, yoga teachers & therapists ready to elevate their expertise in women's hormonal physiology.
Online via Zoom. We meet once a week. Each session is 90 minutes — 60 minutes structured teaching followed by 30 minutes guided Q&A.
A clear and practical overview of how the female body works, from brain signaling to ovarian function and the menstrual cycle.
A foundational look at the key female hormones — what they do, where they're produced, and how they influence energy, mood, strength, and cycle patterns.
Understanding the thyroid–hormone connection and how thyroid function directly shapes ovulation, metabolism, mood, and menstrual rhythm.
An introduction to insulin, leptin, ghrelin, appetite regulation, energy availability, and how metabolic hormones uniquely affect female physiology and performance.
45-minute structured, real-time assessment to evaluate your understanding and your ability to integrate the foundational concepts.
90 minutes analyzing your answers together, refining reasoning, and connecting theory to actual client scenarios for confident application.
Because this mentorship is limited to only two women per month, every applicant goes through a short screening and interview. This ensures our values, intentions, and level of commitment are aligned before we begin.
Each foundational session is 90 minutes (60 min teaching + 30 min Q&A).
A dedicated day and time each week for Sessions 1–4. Your test (Session 5) and final review (Session 6) are more flexible and scheduled around your availability.
All sessions are recorded with four months of access to video replays. You'll receive session summaries and learning guides for each foundational session — core principles and essential details to review before each meeting.
Gentle Reminders: No ongoing daily messaging support. No additional explanations or coaching outside the mentorship content. This structure protects the integrity of your learning.
Support beyond the foundational curriculum — client case reviews, individualized problem-solving, business guidance, or deeper explanations — requires a separate paid session (Case Supervision or Deep Dive).
