By accessing or using The Natural Mind Body platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

The content, protocols, and recommendations provided through this Service are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

What this means:

• We are not medical doctors or licensed healthcare providers
• Our programs do not replace professional medical care
• Always consult with your healthcare provider before making changes to your health regimen
• Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here

Robyn Narciso works alongside medical care—helping women understand their labs, symptoms, and lifestyle factors through nutrition and functional strategies.

By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not allow children to create accounts or use this Service under any circumstances.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Not share your account credentials with anyone else
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We offer free 7-day demo accounts so you can explore the platform:

• Duration: Demo accounts are active for 7 days from creation
• Notification: You will receive an email reminder before your demo expires
• Deletion: After 7 days, demo accounts and all associated data are automatically deleted
• No Recovery: Deleted demo data cannot be recovered
• Upgrade Path: To continue beyond 7 days, you must book a call and enroll in a paid program

Our paid programs include personalized protocols, mentorship, and ongoing support:

• Pricing: As displayed on the website or communicated during your consultation
• Payment: Due in full at time of enrollment unless otherwise arranged
• All Sales Final: No refunds are provided once payment is processed
• Customization: After upgrade, you'll book a call with Robyn to create your personalized protocol

You own your data. We just host it:

• Access: You can view your data anytime through your account
• Export: You can download your data in a portable format upon request
• Deletion: You can request account and data deletion at any time
• Privacy: Your information is never sold or shared with third parties (see our Privacy Policy)

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the Service
• Impersonate anyone or provide false information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's security or functionality
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or commercialize access to the Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

The Natural Mind Body owns all content on this platform, including:

• Written materials, protocols, and educational content
• Logos, branding, and design elements
• Software, code, and platform functionality

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without explicit permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results or outcomes will be achieved
• Content will be accurate, complete, or up-to-date

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Natural Mind Body shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage
• Any damages resulting from use of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Email notification for significant changes

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, with or without cause, with or without notice.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.
